The Ford Figo Aspire has the biggest competitor of the Indian automobile market, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire. Both the cars are sub 4 meter sedans, rich in space, utility and fuel efficiency. Aspire will have to go a long way up to reach Dzire as it is one of the most selling cars in India, with over 20,000 units selling each month. The Aspire is powered by a 1.5 L diesel engine whereas Dzire gets a 1.3 L on the match. Both the cars have a petrol version also, which makes out common with 1.2 L 4-cylinder motors. Beating the Dzire requires a lot of improved factors like, initial cost, after sales service and advertisement before the launch. Not just that, Ford's built quality should be premium to attract more buyers in the segment. Ford has an advantage of more safety features on the car, making it reliable than the Dzire.
