Which one should I buy - Bajaj Platina ES or Discover 100M?

I think you may go for Platina or Bajaj new CT-100 because both engines are same and successful from the beginning but Bajaj Discover is having different engines, they are unsuccessful as well now its up to you because the looks of Bajaj Discover is more better than Bajaj Platina or CT100.
