Your height is good for both..now it comes to you on which model you like the most..I'm of same height,I went for classic as I liked it a lot..

RE Classic is the best suited Royal Enfield for you as your height is ideal for both the bikes, but the technological advancements of Classic series, which includes its disc brake and new zapper tyres from MRF makes a better combination than the Electra. Also it has new divided seat option and a totally refreshed vintage look.
