Which is your favourite memory with your Yamaha FZ16 (FZ V1)?
Yamaha FZ16, or FZ V1, was introduced in 2008 and has been a favorite of Indian motorcycle enthusiasts ever since. The FZ V1 was always famed for its muscular looks, comfortable riding position and reliable performance, and has been a companion to riders for every journey and adventure. Then there’s that relationship motorcycles can have with us, where they become more than a means of transport, but part of our life, with memories to last a lifetime. They’re memories of epic road trips, of simple daily commutes made special simply because you rode. They could be to face challenges, feel the thrill of the road, or relive the good times with other riders. Every FZ V1 owners bike has played a major part in some of the most important milestones they have encountered in life. Not only does this support the bike but brings to light something that riders naturally develop with their bikes, a connection that goes beyond physics and function.
My first long ride on the FZ V1 is my favorite memory. The bike was flawless from Delhi to Jaipur and I rode. It was that trip that made me fall in love with riding and the FZ.
