Bajaj Platina is a better option when compared to TVS Star City. The bike comes with a 102 cc engine producing 8 BHP @ 7,500 rpm and 8.7 BHP @ 5,000 rpm. It comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox and comes with better riding position than the TVS Star City. It comes with a 190 mm ground clearance, making it more friendly on the Indian roads. It comes with a company claimed mileage of 96.9 kmpl and a top speed of 90 kmph. Its 11.5 liter fuel tank makes it good for 700+ kmpl. Platina ES comes with a price tag of INR 44,500.
