As of now, TVS has no plans to launch a 220cc Apache RTR in India. They are developing all-new 250cc single cylinder bike which will be based on the Draken concept, which was showcased at the Auto Expo in Delhi. It is powered by a 249.2cc engine, which develops maximum power of 38.5 BHP @ 12000 rpm and maximum torque of 23 NM @ 9500 rpm. The engine will be mated to a 6-speed transmission.
