No official announcement has been made by the company about the launch of Tata Pixel in India. It was first showcased at the 2009 Geneva Motor Show. It is a 4 seater hatchback powered by 1.2L turbo charged diesel engine releasing a maximum power of 65 Bhp @ 5250 rpm and churns out a torque output of 48 Nm @ 3000 rpm. The vehicle returns an overall fuel efficiency of around 29km/ltr.
