When is it going to launch in India, actually in Maharashtra? And what would be the price? What is the mileage declared by company?

The Honda MSX125, also known as the Honda Grom, was expected to be launched in India in early 2018, with a possible debut at the Auto Expo 2018. However, it did not materialize, and there has been no recent confirmation of its launch in India, including Maharashtra[5>.
