The Hero Dash scooter has been launched in two different versions in India. The electric version of the Hero Dash was launched in August 2019, priced at Rs 62,000, featuring a 48V 28Ah Li-ion battery with a range of 60 km per charge and fast-charging capability in four hours. On the other hand, the petrol-powered Hero Dash, which was initially planned for launch in October 2015, was never officially released in the market despite commencing production. It was powered by a 111cc single-cylinder engine and had several premium features, but its launch was delayed and eventually not realized[5>.
