Owners of KTM Duke 125 bike often try to increase the performance of their bike within the legal limit. That could include any changes to improve power delivery, to handling, or to any aspect of the riding experience. Some riders are looking to exhaust systems for better sound and some marginal power gains, suspensin tweaks, or ergonomic modifications. ECU remapping is also f interest but can be controversial as it can void a warranty or be illegal. Owners also like to put aesthetic mods on their bikes. A lot of guys will do aesthetic mods like tail tidies and LED indicators. They look cool, but performance-wise they do not add much.

Good brakes are a confidence builder, and upgraded brakes with better pads and steel-braided lines provide great additional confidence when you ride in wet conditions a lot.

It transformed the bike, and I added a quick shifter. It makes it feel much sportier and is a great way to learn proper shifting technique.

The best "mod" is honestly just good maintenance. If you keep it well tuned and use quality oil, you get the most out of the stock setup.

A little bit of power unlock will be achieved by ECU remapping, but it may void your warranty. Plug-and-play piggyback systems are available from some shops.

I would say skip the performance mods and go for ergonomics. A better seat and adjustable levers make a bigger difference than you think in daily riding.

The first mod is usually an aftermarket exhaust. It doesn't do much for power, but it makes the bike sound way better and can save some weight.
