There are plenty of car owners out there who modify their cars — tuning, personalising and potentially boosting their car’s performance just to play with something they love. For the Celica owner, there are plenty of aesthetic and functional modifications to be had. Aftermarket wheels, body kits, or engines, custom paint jobs, performance exhaust systems, or something like that may make up common mods. But, subjective measures aside, "best" often depends on which Celica model, what owner use and what predominates in the local car scene.
