What is the reason behind the denial of launch of Yamaha R125 in India?

The Yamaha R125 was not launched in India as the price of the R125 and R15 would have clashed and the sale would have been effected for the both. Also the 125 cc sport bike competition has not yet started as the range of the sports bikes start mainly from the 150 cc segment only.
