It was expected that the Nokia 9 will be launched on August 21, 2018 but the company instead released the Nokia 6.1 Plus. There are hopes that the phone will see the face of light at the IFA Berlin this year or at the next MWC event. The new features might include upgraded Gorilla Glass 5 protection, a screen with a notch, variable aperture on the rear camera, and an option for a hybrid portrait shot with live focus.
