Yamaha MT-125 is a street naked motorcycle with an estimated mileage of 45-50 kmpl. The bike is powered by a 125 cc, liquid cooled, fuel injected engine which makes it a really nice performer with 14.8 BHP. The bike comes with a 6-speed transmission and a 810 mm seat height. The sharp looking 125 cc motorcycle has no launch plans for India. It comes with a large 292 mm disc brake for the front and a 230 mm disc for the rear. ABS is standard on the motorcycle. The MT-25, which is a 250 cc offering from Yamaha will be launched in the country as it was recently unveiled in Indonesia. India has no 125 cc sport bike market as the prices of the 150 cc sport bikes is much lower as compared to the international market and introducing the 125 cc will break the sale of earlier models.
