What is the launch date & price of Maruti Suzuki EECO Picnic Edition?

The Maruti Suzuki EECO Picnic edition was a concept showcased by the company at the auto expo 2014. The car would not be manufactured for the masses and we only get the 5 and 7 seater versions of the car. The EECO comes with a 1196 cc, 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 73 BHP @ 6000 rpm and 101 NM @ 3000 rpm. The gearbox on the offer is a 5-speed manual unit. It comes with a claimed mileage of 15.1 kmpl and has a 40 liter fuel tank. It mostly lacks on features but provide excellent cabin space for every passenger. It comes with an optional air conditioner and a petrol with CNG variant is also on offer on the 5 seater variant. It starts with a price tag of INR 3,00,456 and proves to be a good utility vehicle for a family.
