The GL Class is a 7 seat vehicle, focused more towards the roads than the off-road whereas the G-Class is a 5 seat vehicle with true focus on off-roading and all terrain driving. The G-Class is much more expensive than the GL-Class as it offers more rugged styling and excellent off road abilities. The GL-Class comes with more luxury oriented approach with higher utility factor. It is also offered in number of engine, making it a good choice from the value for money factor.
