Was the Discover 150S the most comfortable bike in its class?
For many Indian riders, used mainly for daily commutes, comfort is a major point. Many times, Bajaj Discover 150S has been praised for its comfortable riding position and smooth suspension. Opinions differ, however, on whether it really beat its rivals for comfort. Some riders say it's great for long distances, others say bikes like the Honda Unicorn gave a better overall package. The subjectivity of comfort, the comfort versus performance trade off, and how different people with different bodies and riding styles perceive comfort are all covered. And it also brings into question the role of test rides and how manufacturers can keep a balance between comfort and other features in the fiercely competitive 150cc segment.
Most comfortable? It was probably not, but it was most certainly up there. I could ride my Discover for hours without getting a sore butt. Try that on a Pulsar!
