The resale value was the deciding factor for me. Ashok Leyland vehicles retain their value well, even if it costs a bit more upfront, in the long run, I feel it is a safer investment for my business.

It's good, but not revolutionary. What will be the real game changer is when they release an electric version. But until that, it’s only an incremental step up from other options.

I have driven both the Bada Dost and its competitors, and the cabin comfort is in a league of its own. That makes a huge difference for the driver’s fatigue and productivity on long hours on the road.

I really believe it has more to do with Ashok Leyland service network than the truck. Having service centers I can reliably count on being nearby is priceless for its peace of mind when your business depends on your vehicle.

I was concerned about the initial cost, but once I had run the numbers, the cost saving in fuel and maintenance over the long term mean it is a good solution for my business. It comes with a cost, but is worth it.

They’re a godsend for urban deliveries. With a tight turning radius and good visibility it is pleasant to navigate narrow streets. The AC in the cabin is also a lifesaver during summer deliveries.

Overhyped, if you ask me. Yes, it is a fancy car with some great features, but at the end of the day it is still just a small truck. For years now, I have been using a Mahindra Bolero Pikup and it does its job for a lower price point.

Absolutely worth it! For my vegetable delivery business, I moved from an older Tata Ace to the Bada Dost i3 LS and the difference is night and day. This gives me a larger payload and therefore fewer trips which saves me time and fuel.
