The Aprilia SR 125 feels comfortable for daily commuting.

A lot of scooter buyers, who use their scooters as their daily commute, care a lot about comfort. As a sporty design and positioning, the Aprilia SR 125 seems to pose some problems in terms of everyday riding comfort. Riders have differing opinions about how the scooters’ ergonomics, seat design, and suspension setup affects long term comfort when using the scooters on a daily basis. Its sporty riding position and responsive handling deliver engaging and comfortable city riding for shorter trips while others think it's not so good for longer commutes or rougher roads. A point of debate is just how firm the scooter's suspension is. Discussions also come up regarding how the comfort level changes with a pillion rider and how it fares compared to more traditionally designed scooters in the same category. A key topic among SR 125 owners and potential buyers is how to get the balance between sporty feel and everyday comfort.

For a sporty scooter, it is surprisingly comfortable. It has a well padded seat and not an overly aggressive riding position.

Long rides are uncomfortable. Every bump is transmitted by the stiff suspension to your spine.

It's a mixed bag. Good for short commutes but drains you out on longer rides because of the sporty posture.

It is fine for the comfort for city use. It’s not as plush as some other scooters, but it’s not supposed to be a sofa on wheels.

I actually like the firmer ride. It’s more stable, more connected to the road, and that’s comfortable in its own way.

The SR 125 is comfortable enough for daily use, but it’s not the most comfortable motorcycle if comfort is what you’re after.

I have ridden mine for 2 hour rides without issues. It's just about getting used to the sportier ergonomics.

With a pillion, the comfort level drops quite significantly. It’s really more for solo riding.

It’s more comfortable than my old scooter. Taller riders will notice the difference a higher seat and better legroom make.

For short commutes, that is ok, but if you must ride for longer, go for something with softer suspension and a more upright riding position.
