The Tesla Model Y L is approximately ₹10 lakh cheaper than the EQS SUV, which is significant, but I'm concerned about Tesla's service network in India since they're just entering the market. The six-seater configuration in the Model Y L seems perfect for my family needs and occasional trips with extended family to Lonavala from Mumbai. However, Mercedes' established service centers across major Indian cities gives me confidence about maintenance support.
I've read that Tesla's software updates and Autopilot features are significantly ahead of what Mercedes offers. This seems valuable especially for navigating through unpredictable traffic situations in Delhi and Bangalore where I frequently travel.
