A car's infotainment system is a major part of the overall user self-driving experience of a modern car, and the infotainment system in Tata Nexon EV has been a point of debate amongst its owners and potential owners. Offering basic functionality, some users won’t find it as sophisticated as more advanced systems found in competing vehicles. Laggy performance, limited app integration and somewhat dated interface, are all issues that have been reported. However, supporters say it gets the job done and are sufficient for most users. Whether or not to be suprised at the infotainment system being a key consideration in the purchase of an EV; especially a cheap one, is also up for debate. It has recently been argued that to remain competitive, Tata should concentrate on this area, while others prefer to continue focusing on the core EV performance and affordability.
