So does a Bullet 350 still carry the same status symbol appeal?

Traditionally, in India, a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 owner was a pretigious figure, a status symbol. The bike was also a masculine image, and the dream of many young riders. Thus, with the growing number of more expensive, and technologically advanced motorcycles in the Indian market, and Royal Enfield trying to make the Bullet available to a wider range of riders, some feel that the status symbol appeal of the Bullet is disappearing. Instead, it has led to questions on whether the Bullet still holds as much respect and dotar as it used to, or if it's gotten a bit more ubiquitous and less exotic. From supposedly changing perceptions of luxury to the Bullet becoming partly a victim of progressive democratization of motorcycle ownership; and of course, whether the Bullet’s heritage still plays a role in today’s market remain recurrent talking points.

Nah, the Bullet's not what it used to be, status symbol wise. Every other person seems to have one these days. To stand out, you need to do something more high end or unique. Now the Bullet is more of a common man's bike.
