The Hero HX250R has been left with very few chances for the launch in this year. Hero has newly launched the Maestro Edge and unvieled the Duet scooter for the Indian market. Their next product will most probably be the HX250R as it has been pending from a long time back. The bike was made in collaboration with EBR group and the financial problems of EBR lead to the delay of the bike. It comes with a 250 cc, 1-cylinder engine producing 31 BHP and 26 NM of torque. The gearbox will be a 6-speed unit and optional ABS would be provided on the bike. It comes with a price range of INR 1,30,000-1,50,000.
