Pulsar AS200 is good choice. You will get more power & features in this bike. Absolutely value for money bike. GO for it.
Yamaha FZS FI 2.0 Matt Green is the best option for your budget as it comes with the most refined engine out of all the above bikes. The only thing which makes AS200 out of the list is its high pricing, which will make it close to INR 1,00,000 when calculated on-road. The FZS comes with a special shade, matching the once launched Battle Green shade. The bike comes with the same engine producing 12.9 BHP and 12.8 NM of maximum torque. The 149 cc motor is single cylinder and comes with fuel injection for increased performance. IT also increase the mileage of the bike and its light chassis makes it more aggressive to ride than before. it comes with a price tag of INR 82,659.
