Is Yamaha really going to launch the SMAX 155 in India?

Yamaha SMAX 155 would be definitely launched in India but its launch has many steps to be followed before the official unveiling. The scooter has been imported for the R&D purpose and after that it will complete its testing phase. The scooter will then come into production version and its most expected launch can be for the end of 2015 or starting 2016. It comes with a disc brake for the front and rear wheel, whose size stands at 13 inch. The best part of the scooter is its aggressive body styling and the impressive 155 cc, liquid cooled motor producing 14.8 BHP and 13.5 NM of torque. It is expected to be priced at INR 95,000.
