TVS XL100 comes with a a kick starter only. The moped comes with right side placed kick for ease of use than the traditional left side kicks of the scooters. It uses a 99.7 cc engine and returns 67 kmpl of company claimed mileage. The engine is 4-stroke and TVS offers 5 eye catchy colors for the XL100.
