Is Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor's 360 degree camera a gimmick or actually useful?
But the top spec variant of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor comes with a 360-degree camera system, a feature that is not common in this segment. This camera system supposedly gives a bird's-eye view of the car, making parking and other such tight spaces much easier. But owners and reviewers have been arguing whether this feature is actually useful in real world driving context. While some think it’s a game changer for Indian streets and parking lots, others say it’s just a marketing gimmick that doesn’t add much practical value when you consider the size of the car. The quality of the camera feed and the ‘intuitiveness’ quality of the entire interface has also been debated. We want to know if the 360 camera is a standout feature that justifies the higher price of the top variant or if it’s just a needless add on in a compact SUV.
It’s great in tight parking spots. I use it all the time and couldn’t live without it.
