Is Toyota Fortuner Legender worth the premium over the standard Fortuner?
With a slightly higher pricing, Toyota Fortuner Legender comes as a pricoier version of its regular Fortuner sibling featuring a few extra options, and a more flamboyant exterior styling. But many potential buyers wonder whether these upgrades are worth the extra cost. The Legender variant gets a more aggressive front grille, sleeker LED headlamps, some interior upgrades like a larger infotainment screen and wireless charging, among other things. However, do these cosmetic and minor feature upgrades allow the price difference? While some believe the core mechanical components stay largely the same, others like the more premium look and feel of the Legender. The question is a hot topic among SUV lovers, and the Legender’s paraphernalia settles the debate about the luxury SUV segment’s worth and if its upgrades truly meet the customer’s expectation.

Not worth it in my book. You could get some serious aftermarket upgrades on a standard Fortuner that would make it even better than the Legender, thanks to the price difference.

But I would say it’s worth it just for the looks. In the premium SUV segment, that matters, and the Legender turns heads. The regular Fortuner feels more upmarket.

It depends on what you value. If you want the latest tech and styling, go with the Legender. If you are, however, more practical, then stick with the regular Fortuner and save some money.

Disagree. Styling is what makes the Legender stand out, and that counts for a lot of buyers. On top of that, the interior upgrades — the larger screen and wireless charging — are nice quality of life improvements.

I honestly don't think its worth it. It's a solid SUV, the Fortuner, and the Legender's upgrades are largely cosmetic. But you're paying a lot extra for some fancy headlights and a fancier grille.
