Is the Swift still the king of value for money in its segment?
The Maruti Swift has been for long the benchmark for value-for-money in the Indian car market. It has never disappointed in presenting a nice balance of features, performance and brand reliability at an easy to take price. Yet with latest updates and changes to the Swift, and the arrival of more players in the market competition, people are arguing if Swift keeps this crown. Others claim that other manufactures have now crammed more features or build quality at the same price point. But others say that the low maintenance costs and high resale value of the Swift still make it an attractive overall value. It is often a discussion comparing the Swift's pricing strategy with its competitors, and analyzing what you get for your money across different brands and models in the same segment.
No way. Now there are so many better options. For similar money, Tata and Hyundai are offering way more features.
