Is the new Hyundai Verna too polarizing design?

The Hyundai Verna of the latest generation has sparked a big debate among car fans, for its bold and futuristic design. There is a love or hate vibe when it comes to the sharp, modern look with that signature front grille and LED lighting or it's too aggressive or too 'different'. It differs from previous Verna models in that the design is a radical departure from the traditional sedan look. The shift in Hyundai's styling has sparked a debate about whether the company has gone too far in its attempts to differentiate itself in a crowded field of compact sedans. It also raises the question of whether this design has what it takes to age well, or only attract buyers looking for a more out there design rather than a more common design. There are also worries about how practical this design is in terms of visibility and maintenance.

The new design is awesome, I think! Well, it’s about time someone shook up the boring sedan market. Look, not everyone is going to like it, but at least it's not another cookie cutter car.

Honestly, I'm not a fan. It seems like it's overdoing it to be futuristic. I like a more timeless design that is not going to look dated in a couple of years.

The design is growing on me. First I thought it was too much but now I like it because it stands out on the road. I will say it’s definitely a head turner!

I’m concerned about practicality. While those sleek lines may look cool, how about visibility? Imagine if those complex LED lights break, and then you try to repair them.

It’s definitely polarizing, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. That’s how car design evolves — Hyundai is taking risks. Anyone remember the first-gen Sonata and how 'weird' it looked? It’s now considered a classic.

It might be a little much for some, but I think it will age well. That's a hard balance to strike, but without being gimmicky, it's also futuristic.

I'm worried about resale value, but I love it. Will this design still look good enough to sell in 5-7 years?
