Is the Jeeto Plus payload capacity practical?
With a payload capacity of up to 715 kg, the Mahindra Jeeto Plus sounds impressive for a mini-truck. But there's still a debate about how this translates to real world usage. However, some users argue that while the official capacity is high, practical loading of the vehicle to its full rated capacity will adversely affect its performance and fuel efficiency. Still, others note the loading bay's compact size may limit the types of cargo that can be transported efficiently even though there is a weight capacity. Discussion also extends to how the vehicle behaves when fully loaded, for instance on inclines or in stop and go traffic. Another is safety concerns when (as) a theater is operating at maximum capacity. So let’s look at different views on whether the Jeeto Plus’s payload capacity is actually practical for normal business use or is it just a marketing number.
In my experience, the payload capacity of the Jeeto Plus is pretty practical. I get it loaded up to about 600-650 kg without any problem. It handles well overall, sure, you feel the weight when climbing hills. The trick is to spread the load evenly. It’s been more than adequate for my small furniture delivery business.
