Is the Innova Crysta expensive for what it is?
In the Indian market the Toyota Innova Crysta has established as a premium MUV with prices which start above 20 lakhs for higher variants. Generally, it is known as a comfortable, reliable and status symbol, at least among businessmen and politicians. But it lacks modern features and infotainment according to some who say that it's otherwise comparable in price to its SUV counterparts. Despite the premium pricing however, the popularity holds and it is still a popular resale vehicle. It’s a situation that begs the question of whether there is much more to the Innova Crysta apart from the brand name and what buyers are paying more for. Can you really live without cutting edge features, while the comfort, reliability and the Toyota badge are there to offer their values? But is it a smart long term investment, or is there a better alternative in the market at that price?
Absolutely worth it! There is no comparison for comfort and reliability. I've driven long distances and never been tired. Also, that resale value is insane.
