Is the Bullet Electra's speed of 110 km/h its top speed too slow for touring?

The Royal Enfield Bullet Electra, praised by most for its torque and capability to cruise comfortably at lower speeds. But with a top speed of around 110 km/h, it is questionable whether the Sling is really suitable for long distance touring on highways. Also some riders argue that the bike's sweet spot is between 70-90 km/h, making it a perfect bike for people who want to ride leisurely and enjoy the scenery. But the lack of power at higher speeds can limit others when they are trying to overtake or if they ride with faster groups. The bike is also limited by this in hilly areas or when carrying a pillion and luggage. The question is whether the Electra's other qualities make up for its lack of speed, and if it is really a touring machine that can be classed as such.

Indian highways are plenty for 110 km/h. It’s not about getting to the finish line quickly, it’s about the journey. At a relaxed pace the Electra excels.
