But the lack of power at higher speeds can limit others when they are trying to overtake or if they ride with faster groups. The bike is also limited by this in hilly areas or when carrying a pillion and luggage. The question is whether the Electra's other qualities make up for its lack of speed, and if it is really a touring machine that can be classed as such.
