Is the Bajaj CT110X ES good enough for the daily commuters?
The CT110X ES is often marketed as the budget commuter’s perfect bike. While it does have its basic features and no frills, some question whether or not it actually provides value or if it’s just cheap for a reason. Do the fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost compensate for the absence of modern features? Is there anything hidden that only comes to light with long term use? We will take a look at the real world experiences of CT110X ES owners and see if this bike really is a reliable workhorse or if they are just cutting corners to keep the price low.
Absolutely worth it! The fuel efficiency on mine is insane, I’ve been riding mine for over a year now. I’m saving so much money on gas, it’s ridiculous.
Eh, it's okay. It’s cheap to run, but you do get what you pay for. It’s not a great ride quality, and it’s a little outdated compared to other options.
Commuting is hard to beat for pure. It’s no bells and whistles and it’s reliable. It's not going to be exciting, just don't expect it to be.
It really just depends on your priorities I think. Just not flashy or high tech if you're looking for something. It's solid for pure A to B transportation.
It's a mixed bag. It’s nice to have the low upfront cost, but I’ve had some unexpected repair bills. I'm not even sure if I am saving money in the long run.
And it is perfect for me as a college student. It is cheap to buy, cheap to run and it hasn't let me down yet. Can't ask for much more.
I did a year on a CT110X ES and then upgraded. It’s fine to begin with, but you'll probably want to move on to something larger.
