Is the Bajaj Avenger 220 still relevant in 2025?

There has been no major changes in the Bajaj Avenger 220 since it was introduced. With constant new technologies and designs being introduced to the market, some riders wonder if the Avenger 220 stands a chance. It has that classic cruiser look, a comfortable riding position, but is that enough to compete with newer models? The other question is whether its lack of major updates is a negative, or in fact a positive for riders who like their simplicity and proven reliability. With new players in the affordable cruiser segment, it makes sense to see if the Avenger 220 still represents good value for money or if Bajaj should give it a major overhaul.

Absolutely! The Avenger 220 is that friend who’s always there for you. Of course, it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of new bikes, but that’s the beauty of it. Easy, comfortable, and does the job without making a fuss.

Nah, it's way past its prime. If Bajaj wants to stay competitive, they really need to update this bike. In 2025, there are just no features and a design that is outdated.

It's a mixed bag, really. It's still a good city commuting and occasional highway ride. If you are looking for something more exciting or tech loaded, you might want to look elsewhere.

I would argue it is still relevant but for a specific crowd. For someone who just wants a comfortable cruiser without spending a lot, the Avenger 220 is difficult to beat.

Relevant? Maybe. Outdated? Definitely. But Bajaj seems to have forgotten that this bike even exists. It really needs a major overhaul or just gracefully retire.
