Is the Avenger 150's low seat height good for short riders?

For a lot of riders, seat height is an important factor, particularly if you’re short or new to motorcycling. Placing both feet on the ground can very much help with confidence and control, especially in stop-and-go traffic or when maneuvering at very slow speed. It is very famous for its low seat height, in fact much lower than many bikes in its class. However, does this stance confer any side effects and does it even work? Now, we’re going to talk about how the Avenger’s ergonomics affect riders of different heights and experience level, and whether it really does give short riders an advantage in real world riding situations.

Absolutely! One of the best features of the Avenger is the low seat height. For shorter riders or beginner’s, it’s a confidence booster.

For short riders, it's great—taller people may find it uncomfortable. I'm 6'2" and on long rides I feel a bit cramped.

The forward controls are awkward for really short riders, but the low seat is nice. It's a trade-off.

I love it as a shorter rider. A big difference in city traffic is being able to flat foot at stops.

It’s a good short rider, but that shouldn’t be the only reason to buy. Take different bikes out for a test ride and check which bikes feel right for you.

But she is low to the seat, which is cool, but it has to come at the cost of ground clearance. A problem on rough roads or speed bumps.

I think it's overrated. There are plenty of shorter riders that do just fine on tall bikes with good technique. It’s really about skill, not height.
