Is Renault KWID available in CNG?

Renault KWID will soon launch with a new 1000 cc engine and they may offer alternate fuel options in the new car. Till then, the KWID 800 drives on petrol only.

Renault KWID is available in petrol only as the car will be launched with a single engine and a single fuel option in the beginning. The launch of CNG model depends upon the initial sale of the car as the manufacturer plans new launches only when the current model is under good profit. If possible, it will get a CNG update only in 2016 and the launch has been planned for the festive season only. The car comes with a 800 cc petrol motor, which is expected to be one of the most fuel efficient engine of India. The car is loaded with features like digital instrument console, touchscreen entertainment system and aggressive front styling. It is expected to be priced below the INR 4 lac tag.
