Is Hyundai going to launch the i30 in India?

Hyundai would not launch its i30, the premium hatchback in India.. instead of that, India has got the new Elite i20, which was nothing less than a revolution for the Indian cost friendly premium hatchback segment. The car comes with 6 engines at the international level, namely the Gamma 1.4, Gamma 1.6 MPI and Gamma 1.6 GDI for the petrol and U2 1.4, U2 1.6(low) and U2 1.6(high) for the diesel. Transmissions on offer are 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic. The car comes loaded with options like xenon headlamps, side and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD and many more. Most of the features have been covered under the Elite i20 for Indian market, with difference in engines and trims being offered locally.
