The CB Hornet 160R is said to be with the same engine as the CB Unicorn 160. The 162.71 cc motor is air cooled and fuel supplier used is carburettor, which reduces the chances of the CB Hornet being a fuel injected motorcycle. The newcomer will redefine the Honda's design lineup, which has been commuter based even on the 160 cc segment. Hornet 160R comes with an aggressive design, looking more like a street fighter rather than a commuter. It gets a chiselled fuel tank with sharp cowls for enhanced styling. The one displayed on Revfest also had a rear disc brake on a relatively large wheel when compared to other Honda bikes in the segment, making it more safe and comfortable to ride. The expected on-road price of the Honda CB Hornet 160R is below INR 90,000 and it would launch in the month of October 2015.
