Pulsar RS200 is a good choice or you can say best choice for its own segment but as your budget is 2 lac, i can suggest two more premium options for that. The first is the RC200, having nearly the same performance as the Pulsar RS200, but definitely much more refined and with high quality assurance. The price range will jump to INR 1,66,000 which in turn brought me the idea of Honda's upcoming CBR250R 2015 edition. The current CBR is also good but the new one comes with high performance numbers than the old one. It comes with twin headlight cluster, making it much more appealing and sporty than ever. It produces the highest power of all the above and is expected to be priced at INR 1,60,000. You can even avail its ABS version, if launched below 2 lac.
