I am 6'2", which bike would be comfortable for me - Yamaha Fazer or FZ Version 2.0?

Go for FZS V2.0, Nice stylish and Comfortable. Even a guy of my height (6’2”) is very comfortable while riding.

I'm 6'2" myself. I've found that the FZ is more comfortable compared to the Fazer for tall riders. Also check out the Pulsar 220 and the Hero Karizma, both of which are excellent rides for tall people.
