Your height is good for a Pulsar RS200 as it comes with a seat height of 820 mm. The weight seems to be very high when compared to your physique and this makes me suggest you a better option than Pulsar RS200. You can go for the new R15-S, which comes with a seat height of 800 mm(20 mm lower) and a weight of 134 kg(31 kg lighter). You will also save INR 3,300 and get a perfectly matching ride to your need. It gets a powerful 149 cc engine producing 16.8 BHP of power. The bike gets excellent cornering abilities and a top speed of 135 kmph. It even now gets a single, long seat for comfortable pillion riding experience as the version 1.0. The R15 S comes with a price tag of INR 1,14,741.
