The BMW G 310 GS 2020 is a major upgrade from its predecessor, offering an improved engine, suspension, and brakes. The engine has been upgraded to a 313cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled powerplant, giving the G 310 GS a peak output of 34 PS at 9500 RPM and 28 Nm of torque at 7500 RPM. The suspension has been upgraded to a 41mm inverted fork with 140mm of travel and a rear monoshock with 131mm of travel. Braking is handled by a single 300mm disc with a four-piston caliper up front and a single 240mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. The G 310 GS also features a slipper clutch, advanced rider aids and BMW Motorrad's ABS Pro safety technology. With its improved engine, suspension, and braking, the BMW G 310 GS 2020 is a strong contender for the best mid-level adventure motorcycle on the market.
