How reliable is the Nissan Kicks compared to other subcompacts SUVs?
Ashutosh 06 January 2025 08:04
Many car buyers prioritise reliability and the Nissan Kicks has been the hot topic when it comes to that. Nissan is still new in its lineup so long term reliability data is still limited. As a result, car fans and potential buyers have debated how the Kicks measures up against better known rivals when it comes to reliability and maintenance costs. On one side, some point to Nissan's past problems with CVT transmissions as a cause for worry; others, however, argue that the Kicks learned from those lessons and has improved technology. Alongside discussions about build quality, longevity and value proposition in the subcompact SUV segment, the question of reliability binds in.

I've been running my Kicks for 3 years and 60,000 miles without any problems. It's been better than my old Honda HR-V.
