How much power is generated by the Bajaj Pulsar RS200?

The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is powered by a 199.5 cc, 1-cylinder, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine producing 24.2 BHP @ 9,750 rpm and 18.6 Nm @ 8,000 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and uses the same underpinnings as the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS. The bike is heavier at 165 kg and still manages a 0-100 kmph sprint time of 9.92 seconds. The engine has been borrowed from 200 cc KTM twins and Bajaj uses its DTS-i as well as the triple spark technology into it. RS200 claims a price tag of INR 1,20,500 for the non ABS and INR 1,32,500 for the ABS version.
