How long can you go on a KTM RC 200 GP for compared to other sport bikes in its class?

The sporty KTM RC 200 GP is extensively discussed on the comfort and practicality side of things, particularly for long journeys. People on the bike frequently talk about ergonomics, wind protection, and overall fatigue levels on long-distance trips. Some say it's too aggressive on riding position and the fork is too firm for touring, while others say, with the right preparation and riding technique, it's actually surprisingly comfortable. That brings us to compare with other sport bikes in the 200cc segment, like the Yamaha R15 or Honda CBR250R. Some factors in assessing this long-distance touring capability are the seat comfort, fuel efficiency, and availability of aftermarket touring accessories for touring purposes.

I’ve done a few 300 km+ rides, and it’s doable. Make sure you stretch a lot and are hydrated.

With a good windscreen and tank bag, it's actually pretty good for touring. Highway cruising is smooth enough.

It's not a tourer; it's a sport bike. Long rides don't offer much comfort if that's what you're looking for, and you're looking at the wrong category of bikes.

Long rides, I find it better than the R15. It's a bit more laid back in the seating position, and it takes bumps in its stride.

It's doable, but not ideal. It’ll be uncomfortable, and you’ll need frequent breaks or some ergonomic mods to make it more comfortable.

It's not great for long rides, honestly. After a couple of hours, the aggressive posture kills your wrists and back.

It's surprisingly good! After a while you get used to the riding position, and it's not as tiring as you think. I did a 500 km trip and was fine afterwards.
