How good is the Aprilia SR 160 Race on Indian roads?

The SR 160 Race is a sporty scooter with sporty suspension tuning. This makes it great on the smooth roads, but Indian streets are legendary for being bad with all kinds of potholes, speed bumps and unevenness. What does the stiff suspension of the SR 160 Race do to these challenges in the day to day? Is the sporty setup a liability on bad roads? Are there any modifications or riding techniques that owners employ to gain a little more comfort without losing the really nimble handling? This is an important consideration for potential buyers making the decision if the SR 160 Race is fit for their particular riding conditions.

On bad roads it's pretty harsh. Its stiff suspension, which is great fun in corners, is a pain on potholed streets. After a long ride, your back will hate you.
