How does the build quality of the Keeway K300 SF fair when compared to the more established brands?
In the domestic two wheeler market, Keeway is a new entrant. So in general people are skeptical about the build quality of a comparatively lesser known brand in comparison to established players. There are some riders that are concerned with long term reliability, parts availability and overall fit and finish. But some say that, in reality, there is a much smaller quality gap, since most of the components are sourced from the same suppliers as bigger brands. The discussion is also there about whether any corners were cut in order to achieve the competitive price point or whether Keeway is attempting to make a name for itself with higher standards. Key points of debate are paint quality, switchgear feel and how well the bike holds up over time, and owners' experiences with them.
The build quality was a pleasantly surprise. It's not Honda level, but for the price it’s definitely better than I expected.
