How does the Amo Mobility Inspirer perform in monsoon conditions?
India’s monsoon season can be pretty bad, and many cities are used to seeing heavy rains and flooded streets. If the Amo Mobility Inspirer is a serious contender to be your daily commute option, its performance in these fluctuating weather conditions is a big deal. Like most electric scooters on the market, there has been some chatter online about how well (or poorly) they handle wet conditions, and the Inspirer is no exception. While some users say it's a breeze to ride, even in heavy downpours, other users have warned of potential seepage of water and electrical components. Then there is the question of traction on slippery roads. If you’re one of the brave few who’ve braved the monsoons on an Inspirer, then what’s the real world experience like?
I've ridden my Inspirer in some pretty heavy Mumbai rains and it held up surprisingly well. In wet roads the traction control is decent, but you still have to be careful in really waterlogged areas.
