How customizable is the Classic 350 when compared with other bikes in its class?

Motorcycle culture is all about customization and it seems that the Classic 350 has a very active aftermarket scene. There seems to be a lot of mods from aesthetic ones (different seat and handlebars) to performance ones (exhaust systems). The question is, how easy is it to customize, really? Are parts available and are they easy to install? And what about warranty concerns, how does Royal Enfield look at modifications? If you guys have customized your Classic 350, what has been your experience? Are there any mods that you absolutely must have that make such a difference to the bike? Are there any modifications you regret making? Let’s compare the customization scene of the Classic 350 with other popular bikes in the same category.

A blank canvas is what the Classic 350 is. RE and third party parts are plentiful. I have changed the seat, the handlebars and the exhaust and it feels like a completely different bike.
